I felt very supported by Mendonoma Health Alliance.  They’ve helped me on several occasions and are always so friendly.  You can count on them with confidence.  The assistance I received was perfect.  I have lived with depression and anxiety for more than half of my life.  The Community Health Worker helped me find a counselor that I’m working with weekly.  I am in the process of healing and improving my life habits. Truly, I am very grateful because, without MHA, I would not have found the support I needed.
