Our team worked tirelessly on Thursday to ensure a patient received his monthly dose of Vivitrol. Despite pouring rain, widespread coastal power outages, fallen trees blocking roadways, and uncertainty about whether the medication would arrive in time, everyone pulled together. Through quick problem-solving, constant coordination, and a shared commitment to the patient’s well-being, the team found a way to get him the care he needed so he wouldn’t miss his dose.
