I recommend these courses to anyone involved in caring for a friend/loved one as well as those considering caregiving as a career. The information provided is invaluable not only for active caregivers but for someone needing to hire a caregiver. The course provides the knowledge of appropriate and best practices. The format of each class is well presented with a variety of learning techniques.  The combination of video, mini quizzes, pop-up segments and exams keep students alert and interested in the material. I have personally gained a strong understanding of caregiving, including physical, mental, emotional issues.
