I became drastically ill last winter, and apparently almost died due to complications from pneumonia, an abscess in my lung, and had renal failure, etc. I was in the hospital for 10 days, and upon release could not get back to work for a while. As my bills kept coming and there was nothing to prevent my water, propane and electricity from being turned off, a friend suggested I contact Mendonoma Health Alliance. Thank goodness I did, since Heather helped me sort through the paperwork to get me and my kids through that difficult period. MHA really worked for me!
