Heather Reggelbrugge is amazingly good at cutting through other organizations’ red tape to get health services working smoothly for the patient (me). When I had major surgery at UCSF, my main worry was that they expected me to have access to home health care, which I regarded as an urban resource. I did not think that would be possible at our location. To my amazement, Mendonoma Health Alliance’s staff was able to organize exactly what I needed. Moreover, Heather has remained involved and is always willing (and able!) to straighten out any wrinkles with the other organizations involved.
