I mainly took the class to cultivate and sustain healthy habits to control diabetes and blood pressure and reduce the medication dependency I was on. Since the class and the last year of COVID, I’ve reinforced hermitage in Gualala and increased my outdoor activities and I have improved my A1C from over 9 to 6.2, which is almost in the prediabetic range! My doctor has stopped three medications already for blood pressure, triglycerides, and diabetes.
