Educational Workshops
Description
At least once quarterly, Mendonoma Health Alliance provides free health education workshops to the community at-large. The workshops are typically scheduled for one hour and take place in the early evenings. The location of each workshop is rotated among venues across our Service Area and feature a variety of medical, holistic and dietary professionals who provide education on different topics, such as hypertension management, cholesterol management, alternative/holistic medicine (acupressure, acupuncture, Ayurveda, etc.), nutrition, exercise and physical activity, and cooking sessions. Workshops are held in-person and virtually.
Upon request, Mendonoma Health will provide free workshops to specific groups (service organizations, church groups, or businesses). If interested in having Mendonoma Health Alliance host a workshop for your group, please contact us at (707) 412-3176 x102 or email [email protected].
