Stephanie Chapman joined Mendonoma Health Alliance in 2018 and serves as the Community Health and Peer Recovery Manager leading programs with care, dedication, and a focus on helping people thrive. She oversees the Peer Recovery Program and works closely with staff to ensure services run smoothly and meet the needs of the community.

Bilingual and bicultural in Spanish-speaking culture, Stephanie brings a strong connection to the diverse communities she serves. Deeply aligned with Mendonoma Health Alliance’s mission and vision, she finds her work both fulfilling and inspiring.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and extensive training in health and wellness, Stephanie blends expertise with heart. She finds joy in encouraging meaningful change, fostering community, and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
