Riana Lee joined Mendonoma Health Alliance as Data Coordinator and Analyst, bringing a multidisciplinary background in data analytics, workforce analytics, software consulting, environmental engineering, and nonprofit work. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Systems Engineering and Psychology, with additional training in mathematics, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Data Science and Psychology. Her technical expertise spans data modeling, statistical analysis, and a range of software and analytics platforms. Riana has also worked at a veterinarian clinic, and continues to volunteer on ranches in her spare time.
A resident of Packwood, Washington, Riana is attached to the realities of rural and remote communities, the benefits, the resilience, and the gaps in access that often accompany geographic isolation. She is passionate about rural community outreach, sustainable living, and advocacy for underrepresented and marginalized communities, as well as animal and environmental rights.
Outside of work, Riana is an avid adventurer, lifelong learner, and photographer. She has had the privilege of traveling to over 30 countries and living in three, carrying a genuine love for exploring different cultures, landscapes, and ways of life. When she isn’t working, you’ll likely find her on horseback with her horse Timber, skiing or snowboarding in the mountains, camping, reading, or hiking with her two dogs, Tara and Tacoma. She hopes to have a ranch of her own one day, and finds deep meaning in the connection between land, animals, and community that continues to shape both her personal and professional life.
