Heather Regelbrugge has been with Mendonoma Health Alliance (MHA) since the launch of its first program, Care Transitions, in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology and currently serves as MHA’s Community Health Manager.

A South Coast resident for more than 23 years, Heather has developed deep connections within the community and a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by this rural region. Her work is driven by a genuine passion for service—she believes that supporting and advocating for her community is not just a job, but what truly feeds her spirit.

Heather is committed to ensuring that South Coast residents have access to the health resources, education, and services they deserve. Through her leadership and dedication, she continues to advance MHA’s mission to improve the health and well-being of our underserved coastal communities.
