Amanda Woodward joined Mendonoma Health Alliance in July 2024 as the first new hire in our planned staffing expansion. A long-time local, she has lived in the Gualala and Point Arena area since birth and brings a unique blend of professional experience and holistic healing skills to our team.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with an emphasis in Communications from UC Davis, along with certifications in Subtle Body Trauma Release, HeartMath, Biology of Trauma, and Reiki. She has built a strong foundation in healing and wellness, focusing on integrated trauma healing and nervous system regulation.
Before joining MHA, Amanda spent several years facilitating private trauma release sessions, offering energetic clearings, and teaching self-developed methods to promote nervous system balance and overall well-being. Her previous experience as a model, actress, bakery manager, and shamanic healing practitioner has helped her develop a deep ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
As a bilingual Community Health Worker, Amanda works closely with Spanish-speaking community members to help improve access to resources and health-affirming services throughout the Mendonoma region.
