Lana Diefenderfer joined Mendonoma Health Alliance in July 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in administration, operations, and client services. Much of her career was spent managing complex processes in commercial lending for national real estate and financial institutions, where she honed her skills in compliance, communication, and organizational efficiency.

After relocating to Gualala in 2019 to support her family, Lana shifted her focus to work that aligns more closely with her values of service, care, and community. At MHA, she supports internal operations, employee development, and a healthy workplace culture. Her approach to HR is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience — including raising two children as a single parent and caring for loved ones during times of need.
