Teresa Vignale joined Mendonoma Health Alliance in early 2025 as an Administrative Assistant, where she initially supported the Community Health and Peer Recovery programs. Today, she serves as the Clinic Manager for the Mobile Clinic, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring that community members across the region receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Before relocating to the Mendonoma area, Teresa spent six years in San Francisco, where she worked as the Operations Manager at One Medical. Seeking a slower pace of life and a deeper connection to community, Teresa moved to the coast in early 2024. Her first year was spent in Annapolis, where she participated in a work trade program through WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) and worked with the Starcross Monastic Community. This experience provided her with a renewed sense of purpose and a connection to nature, which ultimately led her to settle in Manchester.

Quickly embraced by the local community, Teresa was drawn to Mendonoma Health Alliance for the opportunity to serve others and contribute to the region’s unique, community-centered values.

As Clinic Manager, Teresa utilizes her background in healthcare administration and operations management to coordinate patient services, support the clinical team, and maintain the highest standards of care. She is deeply committed to making healthcare more accessible and meaningful, and finds great fulfillment in helping the community thrive.
